A while ago, Zynga let it slip that they’re releasing Malls in CityVille and today is the big day when our cities finally go pro: the CityVille Mall is here and I am also present to show you a guide for the new building with everything you need to know about the CityVille Mall!
As you will see for yourself, the CityVille Mall is a joy to have in your city and it’s also highly useful since it will eventually free up a lot of space in your city since you can place your other business buildings inside the Mall! So here’s a list of benefits, coming from Zynga themselves:

However, the Mall is a rather difficult thing to build, even though the starting part is pretty standard (as in place the base, whack it and click on it to expand). Immediately after completing the mall, you will only have 2 spots for businesses, and you need to upgrade those by asking for help from your friends. And it’s worth the upgrade, since each new level will give you better goodies:
