Where To Get The Items To Complete The CityVille Collections

I have already shared with you the complete list of CityVille collections, but many of you were still curious to find out where from can you get the items required to complete these collections. The nice folks over at the CityVille forums have created a really nice spreadsheet with the CityVille collections, the rewards you can get from trading them in and, most important, where to get the collectibles from.
